Irvine, CA — June 1, 2025 — We’re excited to share that Dave Hess has been named Senior Vice President at Financial Planning Ministry (FPM)!
Dave has been a trusted part of the FPM family for over a decade, and in his new role, he’ll help lead the charge as we continue growing our impact and serving God’s people with biblical stewardship and generosity in legacy giving.
FPM President Michael Prior, J.D., and CFO/COO Grace Grubert made the announcement together, saying they’re grateful for Dave’s faithful service over the years and looking forward to what’s ahead under his leadership.
“Dave is a seasoned and steady leader,” said Mike. “He’s dedicated to serving others, and there’s no doubt he’s the right person to help lead us into the future. We’re thankful for his heart and vision.”
Dave’s journey with FPM began in 2012 in a part-time role. He soon stepped into full-time work, most recently serving as Vice President, overseeing development and training. Along the way, he’s helped shape our team and strengthen our partnerships across the country.
Reflecting on his new role, Dave shared:
“I’m excited for this next chapter in FPM’s journey and mission to fund the Kingdom. I get the privilege of serving alongside an awesome group of individuals. This team sets the standard for planned giving for the Christian community each and every day, and I am honored to serve them, as well as our partners and members.”
This exciting announcement comes at a milestone moment for FPM — we’ve now helped facilitate over $3 billion in planned gifts to Christian churches and ministries! That means tens of thousands of faithful stewards have made a Kingdom impact that will bless future generations in powerful ways.
With over 53,000 families served and growing, FPM remains deeply committed to helping Christians leave a legacy that honors God. And with Dave helping lead the way, we’re excited for what’s next.
