Introducing: New Vice Presidents




Mr. Dave Hess and Mr. Jay Fellows, Estate Consultants at FPM, assume new roles on January 1, 2022.


Irvine, CA – Financial Planning Ministry (FPM), a leader in nonprofit planned giving, is pleased to announce that Dave Hess and Jay Fellows have accepted promotions to FPM first Vice Presidents. In their new roles, both Fellows and Hess will continue to shape the future of FPM expansion to serve her Partners and members. Dave Hess will assume the role of Vice President of Consultant Development. Jay Fellows will assume the role of Vice President of Partner Development.


In making the announcement, President/CEO Michael Prior, Executive Vice President D. Clay Perkins, and CFO/COO Grace Grubert thanked both Hess and Fellows for their years of excellent service at FPM. The top management team has confidence in their ability to help FPM continue growth.


Dave Hess, who joined the FPM team in Feb, 2013, said this about his promotion: “It is a great joy to be able to share the vital ministry FPM provides to thousands of families and our partners. I am excited to be a part of the next chapter in making an eternal impact for the Kingdom.”


Jay Fellows, who joined the FPM team in July, 2017, said this about his promotion: “Each day we get to bless families and fund the missions and ministry of our partners. I find that inspiring. And now, to be given the opportunity to contribute to the broader mission of FPM, is really exciting."


Michael Prior thanks both Hess and Fellows for accepting this acknowledgment of the leadership they have already brought to FPM. Prior states that he is “looking forward to their leadership on the many exciting opportunities ahead. He is confident that, as they always do, they will bring their 'A' game in serving our Partners and Members.”


Prior is confident FPM is positioning herself with the right team of leadership.
